Best Categories to Buy During GIFS
Electronics — Smartphones, laptops, TVs, and headphones see the steepest genuine discounts of the year. Expect ₹3,000–₹8,000 off on premium smartphones and ₹5,000–₹15,000 off on laptops. These are usually genuine price reductions, not MRP inflation.
Appliances — Washing machines, refrigerators, and air conditioners have the highest absolute savings: ₹5,000–₹20,000 off during GIFS with additional exchange offers.
Fashion and Shoes — 50–80% off on branded fashion. These discounts are often genuine clearance sales from the previous season's stock.
